J-1 Exchange Visitors Program
The J-1 Exchange Visitor Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State and was established as a result of the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961. The objective of the program is to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchange. The program provides foreign nationals with opportunities to come to the United States and participate in various cultural and educational programs. They are able to share their learning and experiences upon returning home.
We hope you can find at UMMC all you need to achieve your career goals. International Services is here to assist you in every stage of the process.
